Knock Knock. Who's there?
Doctor. Doctor Who? Got it in one! |
Knock, knock. Who's there?
Exterminate! Dalek Who?... |
Knock, knock. Who's there? UNIT.
Unit who? You knit a hat, I'll knit a scarf. |
Doctor, Doctor, I feel like an overgrown pepperpot!
Don't worry, all daleks seem to have this condition.
Doctor, Doctor, I keep feeling that "Doctor Who" really exists!
Yes, Yes, I'd love to stay and chat but I have to fix my TARDIS.
For Sale
Here is where you will find all the Doctor Who things that I have two
of, that I am willing to sell. Currently this list comprises of two
books.
Doctor Who and the Time Warrior, (Book)
by Terrance Dicks, based on the BBC TV serial by Robert Holmes,
Actual Blurb:
His spaceship crippled in an inter-stellar battle, the Sontaran
warrior, Linx, is forced to crash land on earth. He arrives in the
Middle Ages, a time too primitive to provide the technology he needs
to repair his ship. Allying himself with the local robber chief, Linx
uses his powers to 'borrow' scientists and equipment from twentieth
century earth. Doctor Who tracks down the missing scientists and
journeys into the past to save them. But can he defeat the ruthless
Linx and his savage human allies before the course of human history
is changed forever?
Doctor Who and the Paradise of Death, (Book)
by Barry Letts, based on the BBC radio serial firts broadcast
in 1993,
Actual Blurb:
'Apparently the thigh bone had been bitten clean through -
with one snap of the teeth.' 'There isn't a creature on Earth
capable of doing that!' After a skirmish with an alien warrior
in the Middle Ages, Sarah Jane Smith's life as a journalist in Croydon
seems rather tame. Sje decides to track down the enigmatic character
who took her back in time; with the Doctor, a good story is never far
away. Her intuition pays off. The Doctor and UNIT are called to
investigate a grisly murder at Space World, a futuristic new theme
park. Tagging along, Sarah and her new colleague Jeremy soon find
themselves facing huge crab-like creatures, mind-controlling devices
and vicious flesh-eating beetles. And those are just the attractions...

4. A sad version
5. Quite a short one
6. This one is great!
7. Slow, calm, and slightly sad |
The Dalek Ranks
A lot of people think, "Daleks are just Daleks, oh yes,
and their's that supreme one." Here are their actual ranks.
Pos. | Post |
What they are |
Imperial Dalek version |
1 |
Emporer | The Dalek emporer, as seen in
"The Evil of the Daleks" | Davros |
2 |
Member of High Council |
Supreme Dalek, Dalek Supreme, Black Dalek.* |
None. |
3 |
Planet Commander | Gold Dalek |
None |
4 |
Senior Dalek | Work commander, Saucer
commander, Group Leader | None |
5 |
Normal Dalek | All normal Daleks,
and all those with different arms, i.e. pincer, seismic
detector, pyroflame, etc. And stationery Guard Daleks,
that can probably rotate, as seen in the time machine in
"The Chase" | White Dalek with Gold colourings. |
6 |
Slave | Natives of conquered planets. |
You could say the inhabitants of Necros |
*These daleks are either the
same one, different members of the high concil, or the same post
just different generations. This Dalek is a sort of mission
commander. Please note that while the Gold Dalek is planet commander
in "Day of the Daleks", the black Dalek was not in "The Dalek
invasion of Earth", because, as the doctor said, they had not
taken over the planet merely for conquest.
